Trade & Return


Returns
A product ordered by you may be returned to NickJean within 14 days after delivery if
  • the product is not yet worn and is free of damage
  • the product is in its original state and with the originals card, tags and labels
  • the product is purchased in the NickJean Online Shop
  • the product is still in its original packaging.
Please note. A product may of course be tried on, but please hande the product with care. Damaged products and/or products with stains cannot be taken back.

HOW DO YOU RETURN A PRODUCT?

  •  Fill in the enclosed return form and send it along with the product. 
  •  Wrap the parcel in the packiging used by NickJean in the delivery.
  •  Cut out the return label from the return form and paste it on the package.

* Return shipment’s costs are at your own expense and are not refunded by NickJean.

You can drop of your parcel at the post office and have it stamped there. You’ll also receive a deposit slip, this also serves as proof of your shipment and you should keep it safe. With this proof of shipment you can trace the parcel should it be delayed. When we have received your parcel we will confirm this by e-mail.

Refund
When we've received your return, we will proceed to check the products and inform you by e-mail. When approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account on a Friday.
Complaints
NickJean is committed to the quality of its products, therefor orders made are always carefully handled. When the product you’ve received turns out to be damaged or when there are problems with the quality of the product, please contact customer service by using the contact form of +31 (0)35 767 6644. We’ll work out a fitting solution together with you.

You cannot claim warranty if there is: 
  •  Normal wear and tear
  •  Damage due to intent or negligence
  •  Damage due to failing to comply with the user instructions and/or manual
Trade
When you wish to trade the product for another, you need to return the order product according to the terms and conditions (see returns). The purchase price will be refunded to you and you can then simply order and pay for the desired product.
